On our way home to York after a fantastic stay at Marston Cabins Sanday. From booking the accommodation last year to the day we arrived Helen has always been very... read more responsive and helpful with our queries. On arrival on Sanday Helen managed to work some Orkney magic and we could check in ahead of the usual check in time which was extremely helpful as we arrived on a wet and soggy day! The cabin was just as expected and we managed to settle in in no time at all - felt very cosy and relaxing. Everything was thought of in anticipation of forgetful packing and the kitchen area was fully stocked with all the necessary items needed to cook our meals. Very thoughtful touches hiding in the cupboards aswell. But the cherry on top was our welcome gifts of homemade bread, real Scottish shortbread and eggs laid by Helen’s hens. These were particularly wonderful. We had no real need to hassle Helen about anything during our 7 night stay but if we did she promptly responded. Very comfy bed, perfect 🌟
